Delivery costs

The cost of shippment depends on its weight and the destination country .

The cost of delivery is given in the Polish currency, which is subject to exchange . If you want to check the cost in EUR - add the product to the basket and check.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

NOTE! Global Expres is a Polish Post service. Complaints about loss or damage can only be reported after 36 days. This is a requirement imposed by the Polish Post Office, not our store.

All our shipments are registered and have a number enabling tracking on the courier company website. You will receive this number in the email with confirmation of sending the package.

IMPORTANT!
The decomade.pl store is registered and operated in Poland, therefore Polish law applies to us. As a foreigner, you also have the right to complain and return the goods like any of our clients. However, it may happen that the complaint process will be extended in your case.
